Shipping

Because of the unique and personal nature of Piche Atelier, shipping is not “one-size-fits-all.” Each piece is carefully wrapped, packed, and shipped with the same attention I gave when selecting it.

Where Your Piece Ships From

Antwerp, Belgium – our hub for Europe and U.S. shipments. We work with our trusted partners at Gosselin Logistics & Movers to coordinate tailored shipping solutions.

Los Angeles, USA – select pieces are available here for local pick-up (Venice, CA), U.S. delivery, and seasonal pop-ups around LA.

Alpe d’Huez, France – seasonal and retreat-based sales, with limited shipping directly from the farmhouse.

Each product listing notes the current location of the piece. Please check before purchase, as shipping times and costs depend on where the piece is stored.

Smaller, Fragile Pieces

Plates, bowls, glassware, and other delicate objects are individually wrapped carefully for travel. These items are shipped via trusted carriers and may require a little patience depending on location.

Larger Furniture & Heavier Pieces

Items such as sofas, armoires, or oversized tables are shipped via sea freight (with air freight available upon request). These shipments require a conversation to set expectations and coordinate delivery.

Estimated Timing

U.S. Orders – Items already in Los Angeles usually ship within 5–10 business days.

European Orders – Pieces in Antwerp or France typically ship within 5–15 business days.

International Orders – Timing varies based on method (air vs. sea freight). You’ll receive a tailored estimate upon checkout or if you contact me prior to purchasing.

Because Piche Atelier is a one-woman operation, I ask for patience—shipping may take longer than big-box shops, but every object receives my personal care and attention.

Pick-Up Options

Venice, California – Local pickup available for U.S. clients.

Antwerp, Belgium – Showroom visits available by appointment.


Return & Refund Policy – Vintage & Original Artwork

Original Artwork
All original artwork is final sale. Please ensure you are certain before purchasing, as these items cannot be returned.

Vintage Pieces
We may accept returns on select vintage items. Please note:

Shipping costs are non-refundable

Large furniture items (e.g., couches) cannot be returned

Open communication before purchase is strongly encouraged to confirm details, measurements, and condition

How to Initiate a Return
To enquire about a return, contact me at marina@picheatelier.com. After approval, we I provide return instructions and the Los Angeles return address. Items sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your item upon arrival. If it is damaged, defective, or not as described, contact me immediately at marina@picheatelier.com so I can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Original artwork

  • Large furniture (e.g., couches)

  • Items shipped internationally where return shipping is impractical

All returnable vintage items must be returned in the condition received.

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method minus shipping costs. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
